In any case you received an item product that is damaged at the time of delivery, please contact our Customer Service department by calling us on PLDT (082) 224-1169 or email us at info@palengkeboy.com. Please DO NOT return any item product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process. Return requests should be made within 12 hours upon receiving of the order item product. If any case of perishable goods is the main reason for return that is genuinely fault is from our side or there's some missing item. The palengkeboy staff will replace the item in the next delivery.
Refund
Since palangkeboy.com offers farm fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, seafoods and other wet market products, we do not issue refunds once the order is done and the product is delivered. As our customer, we ask you to understand that our products are easily persihable in nature as you make purchase of any item in our site.
However and still, we give exceptional situations can happen in regard to the character of the product we supply. Below are the situations we can provide you with a refund :
Non-delivery of the order: If the order is pre-payed and if for some unforseeable reason, we are unable to deliver your order, we will refund the amount within the next 72hrs.
Major defects: Although all item products undergo a vigorous quality check before delivery, unexpected damages and defects may occur. In case of such an issues, please report the problem to our Customer Service department. If the fault was made due to some negligence from our part, we will deliver a fresh set of the same product in the next delivery within the day. And if the customer is still not satisfied with our product, the refund will be issued to the customer for a particular damage item within the next 72 hours.
Product not-as-described: In case the product is not as described, please report the issue to our Customer Service department within 12 hours from the date of the delivery. Please provide proof to prove that the purchased product is not the same as described on the website. If the claim is found to be true, we will refund the amount in the next 72 hours.
Palengke boy served our customers with COD as standard payment. But once you are booked for an order and payed the amount via online, we do not encourage cancellation from user end. Still users can cancel there order by contacting our Customer Service department PLDT (082) 224-1169, before purchasing the actual item for delivery and the amount will be refund with in next 72 hours by liquid cash/online.
